RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts fourteen (14) days for shipped orders, from the date of fulfillment, for in-store credit only. We do not offer money back. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with any applicable tags still attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping multiple products back, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s).

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

Please immediately inspect your order upon receiving it. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within three (3) days of receipt. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged or defective product within the 3 day period, your order is considered to be accepted and any return for a damaged or defective item will be rejected.

Damaged and/or defective items must have any applicable tags still attached, must be unworn, and must be unwashed.

Any returned products with noticeable malicious intent will automatically get your shipping address and IP blacklisted from our website and no future orders will be accepted from you.

ADDITIONAL RETURN / EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Lily & Crew LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Any product purchased with a promo/discount code cannot be returned.

Any product purchased while on sale cannot be returned.
